Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Cairo only.
Processing Time
All orders are freshly prepared and packed after confirmation.
Processing typically takes 1–5 business days depending on order size and product type.
Refund & Replacement
Because our products are food items, we do not offer returns.
We will gladly replace or refund only if:
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items
• Product damaged upon arrival (photo required within 2 hours of delivery)
Storage Instructions
To enjoy the best taste and texture:
• Store between 16°C – 20°C
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
• Do not refrigerate unless necessary (may cause sugar bloom)
• Best consumed within 14 days from delivery for peak freshness

In hot weather, chocolates must be stored immediately in a cool environment.

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation
• Same-day and custom orders cannot be cancelle
